Out of curiosity??
We all know bethesda doesn't allow nude/naked mods on consoles and to make this clear nude mods don't interest me i just want a outsiders opinion please
BUT if a female body mod had underwear(british terms) and tape on the nipples does that still count as a nude mod because if doesn't then i may have found a loop hole
I'm only asking because there are so many times id like to be walking around in a harness without the ugly bra or the blatant...erm...you know ...shut up i'm very shy when it comes to womens bodies. Its probably why i'm still single
I do apologise if this gone to far but i'm genuinely curious and still learning the ropes

Looking for graphics mods, UI mods, weapon mods or settlement mods? We’ve gathered a list of the best Fallout 4 mods for PS4, PC and Xbox one with Download Link.
1. Full Dialogue Interface
Sometimes your character something you completely did not intend. This is because of Fallout 4’s paraphrased dialogue system, which only gives you a rough idea of what each dialogue option is saying instead of the full line. To avoid any confusion, and just to be crystal clear what you’re saying, The Full Dialogue Interface mod brings the game back to the Fallout 3 way of doing things. A very nice mod for players who found the inaccurate dialogue trees to be occasionally baffling.

2. Everyone’s Best Friend (Dogmeat + Companion At Same Time)
Dogmeat is everyone’s favorite nuclear wasteland dog. Obviously. We didn’t need to clarify that, but as a companion he can be a little underwhelming, particularly in combat. This mod allows you to have an extra companion following you and keep Dogmeat by your side. He has his benefits, but he sucks in combat. This mod allows you to keep those benefits without missing out on some helpful combat aid.

3. Stronger Dogmeat
Alternatively, you could just make Dogmeat stronger in combat. This mod does exactly that. Dogmeat will no longer put out a meager 1-2 dps to your foes, he will now do 58 dps. Now there’s a Good Boy.

4. SimpleSeasons
Although Fallout 4 is a more vibrant game than 3, there’s no doubt that after dozens of hours in the wasteland you may start to get tired of all the greys and browns. SimpleSeasons brings some life back post-apocalypse Boston. This mod will turn the wasteland into a snow-coated landscape, a lush and green beauty, a Summer blend of orange and yellow leaves, or an autumnal array of leaves about to fall off their trees. Be sure to download the four versions of this mod, each reflecting the four seasons, to experience the wonderful variety this mod has to offer.

5. Any Mod Any Weapon
Fallout 4 limits what you can do to change and improve your weapons. Not all mods will fit on all weapons, which does make a certain degree of sense, right? This mod throws logic out of the window in the pursuit of chaos. Ever wanted to shove a Deathclaw’s hand into a boxing glove, or create a pistol that can fire cannon balls? Then this is the mod for you. Go nuts, and see what crazy new weapons you can create with this truly sandbox mod.

6. MGS Aiming
A neat little mod that allows will switch to first-person when you aim-down-sights and switch back when you stop, just like Metal Gear Solid. A cool mod for players who like to switch perspectives frequently.

7. Intimidation Overhaul
Intimidating is a fun thing to do, I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks that, right? Point your gun at someone and make them do your bidding. Good stuff. But it’s also pretty limited in Fallout 4. This mod adds a number of new things you can do with intimidation, such as shaking them down, putting them in handcuffs, or making them run away. A nice mod that makes intimidation a bit more interesting.
8. Improved Map with Visible Roads
A neat little quality-of-life mod that adds roads to the map to help you get about a bit easier. If you prefer to stick to the roads, this mod is for you.

9. True Storms
The True Storms mod adds a bit of chaos to the wasteland and makes it feel more like a nuclear wasteland rather than just a regular old apocalypse-stricken world. This mod adds radioactive rain, heavy fog, heavier rain, dust storms, and more.

10. Take Cover
This mod overhauls the third-person combat by adding a cover system like Mass Effect or Gears of War. It lets you take cover, lean out and snap back to cover, and even vault over low obstacles. It helps to make the third-person combat feel more dynamic and less static. A cool little mod.

11. Beast Master
Add a little Pokemon to your Fallout with this beast-capturing mod. Not only does this mod allow you to capture beasts and use them as companions, it also lets you customize them and dress them in armor, put trackers on them so you don’t lose them, manage their happiness by feeding them treats, and more. There’s plenty of powerful creatures in the wasteland, why not use them to your advantage?

12. Alternative Start
Tired of the same old start? Played Fallout 4 several times and looking for a different and quicker way to start the game? Alternative Start allows you to start as someone other than the Vault Dweller. Start as a citizen of Good neighbour, a raider or merc for hire, a passenger aboard a sinking ship, a member of the Church of Atom, and more.

13. OCDecorator
This neat little quality-of-life mod makes it easier to place objects onto other objects, making it much easier to decorate your settlements and keep things looking nice and tidy. A must-have if you’re into the building stuff in this game.

14. Lowered Weapons
It may not bother everyone, but personally, I always found it a little weird when your character talks to people with his/her gun pointed at them always felt unnecessarily menacing. This mod gives you the option to lower your weapon and quit being such a jerk.
Download on PC | Download on Xbox One
15. Legendary Modifications
This mod allows you to expand your weapon modding to the next level and create something truly powerful. Create and attach an attribute from legendary weapons or armour to any weapon you want. Some of these attributes are pretty strong so experiment away and see just how powerful you can make that hunting rifle!

The most famous mod for both Fallout and Skyrim has to be Caliente’s Beautiful Bodies Enhancer (CBBE), the enhancement known for making Bethesda games synonymous with naked ladies. You won’t find it on consoles, however. There’s a reason for that.
While Bethesda made it clear that straight-up nudity mods would not be allowed on PS4 or Xbox One, CBBE can be used for more than just nudity: it also provides users with more robust body modification options. According to a CBBE mod update, Caliente, the creator of CBBE, was planning on porting a more “family friendly” version of the mod to consoles. That plan changed once Bethesda dropped the ball with console mods.
“If you’ve come looking for a console version of CBBE, I’m afraid you’re out of luck,” Caliente wrote on the mod forums. “I’m not going to even consider it until Bethesda institutes a reasonable, respectful policy with regards to the rights and time of mod authors.”
“Up until now, I’ve been planning on spending a bit of time and doing what I can to get a clean, usable, and ‘Parent-safe’ version of CBBE onto consoles. It would take a bit of work, and I wasn’t sure when I could get to it, but I was hoping to try soon..however, there has been a rash of theft from, and general disrespect of, content authors on the Bethesda site,” Caliente said.

As you may have heard by now, the console modding ecosystem has been plagued with stolen mods that often don’t even give credit to the original creator. Bethesda has taken steps to remedy this: uploading mods now requires a Steam linked account, but mostly, Bethesda has simply suggested that users log a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) notice to get stolen mods taken down. As we’ve outlined before, a DMCA may eventually fix the problem for anyone that logs a complaint, but the process still puts a lot of the work on the mod creators themselves. Many mod creators feel that this is unfair.
“This is an unacceptable burden to place on unpaid content creators who just want to share the things they’ve created without having it stolen,” Caliente wrote.
“Until that policy is changed and more is done to protect mod authors, CBBE stays Nexus-only,” Caliente said.
Caliente is not alone in feeling frustrated. Last weekend, Nexus, the biggest destination for PC mods, put Bethesda on blast for not doing enough for its modding community. Specifically, Nexus dislikes that Bethesda does not seem to be invested in building a real community, nor does it have the infrastructure needed to manage complaints of theft. Nexus on the other hand has a team dedicated to managing its community and mods, as well as better moderation tools that enable them to quickly act on reports of theft. A stolen mod uploaded to Bethesda’s site, on the other hand, might take weeks to be taken down from the site.
“Now, the DMCA system in general on the internet does work..however, the hope is that when you’re running the official mod hosting platform for a series of games, that your moderation system is more advanced than ‘send an email to this address,’ wrote a Nexus admin known as Dark0ne. “Heck, even a template/form system built in to the Bethesda.net site for the DMCA process would have been helpful.”
“Coding a website is easy,” Nexus admin Dark0ne wrote. “Anyone can do it..what’s hard is spending the time to form an actual thriving community and trying to do right by that community so that they trust you enough to actually use your site.
“Doing right by that community requires countless hours responding to emails and messages, support tickets, moderation requests, generally conversing and actively engaging with your community and getting a feel for what the wants and needs of the community are and ultimately legislating if necessary so the community understands where you stand and what you expect of them. There’s seemingly none of that with Bethesda.net.”
Just to put this into perspective, while Bethesda seems to offload the responsibility of mod theft to others, Nexus itself is doing what it can to try to help the situation with its own tools. Users who upload mods to Nexus will now be able to flag their content with the following tags:
-I have uploaded my mods to Bethesda.net and they are available for console users.
-I have not uploaded my mods to Bethesda.net for console users yet, but I will at some point.
-My mods will not be available on Bethesda.net for console users.
-My mods won’t work on consoles or would not be acceptable on Bethesda.net according to their rules.
-I give my permission for someone else to port my mods to console and for it to be uploaded to Bethesda.net by someone else. Please credit me, however.
If you select the top option saying you’ve uploaded your mod to Bethesda.net then you’ll be provided with two text fields where you can provide a link to those mod pages on Bethesda.net. These will create mirrors on your file pages from which users can see and navigate to your mods on Bethesda.net and also tag the files with the “XBone version available” and “PS4 version available” tags.

If the modding community feels indignant about all of this, it’s because they’ve been around for a long time, fending for themselves. Now that mods have blown up, however, to them it feels like Bethesda is swooping in to reap the rewards, without actually putting the work in to maintain appropriate community standards that would discourage people from stealing mods in the first place. Actually, the dramatic yet heartfelt metaphor Nexus uses is that of an absent dad.
Nexus feels particularly wronged here because it personally has come through for Bethesda in this realm too: when the Fallout 4 Far Harbor DLC was leaked, Nexus promptly took it down within a couple of hours, out of respect for the developer. To Nexus, it doesn’t seem like Bethesda is willing to return the favor.
“Please let Bethesda know you’re on the Mod Author’s side, and the minimum legal requirement isn’t good enough,” Caliente wrote. “I furthermore urge all other mod authors to take the same stance..this is a community that can only succeed and thrive when creators’ hard work is respected.”
You can download CBBE here, or read the rest of Nexus’ post on Bethesda here.
Everyone knows that Bethesda's games have a gazillion or so nude mods on the PC, from bizarro festish mods to full on hardcore sex scenes crafted through the Lovers Lab.
When mods finally came to console owners, the big question was.. how do Xbox One and PS4 players get in on the nude wasteland action? Obviously Bethesda, Sony, and Microsoft aren't super keen on that being the focus of console mods, so they aren't officially supported.
Most of the NSFW Xbox One Fallout 4 mods are very much in the PG-13 to soft R area, mostly just upping the scantily clad or sexy quotients. In the slides ahead we do list quite a few of those that just offer some eye-popping cleavage or a few extra inches of skin, as those slide just under the rules and are readily available to download.
That's not all that's available though. Yes, there are real, legitimate, actual fully nude Fallout 4 mods on the Xbox One, and and in the very next slide we show you how to find them!
The Real Deal: Nude Xbox One Fallout 4 Mods
Yep, they exist, and yep, you can download them. Here's the thing: you can't search for these ones through the mod list directly.
Posting up something obviously called a 'nude mod' in the Clothing or Texture category is a surefire way to get it taken down immediately.. but if you know where to look, they absolutely do exist -- and are even found directly on Bethesda's website.
Head to the Work In Progress folder here at Bethesda's Fallout 4 mods page and search through them manually for anything with no photo gallery and no description. If you see something with an odd name like Cool3!~ you can bet you're on the right track.
You'd best download those you find now, because its a good bet even these stealthy ones will get swatted down eventually. Here's the thing though.. at this point it appears that even if Bethesda yanks a mod from the site, the files themselves remain on your console unless you choose to delete them -- so you can keep deleted mods forever.
Unzipped Vault Suits
Sorry, no full nude stuff here (go back a slide!). Instead this one just takes existing outfits and makes them a little more alluring. The Unzipped mod lets you choose varying levels of just how much you want to reveal, all the way down to the belly button. I never thought of the Fallout vault uniforms as sexy before -- but thanks to some intrepid modders, I've learned that anything's possible.
Sexy Lingerie
You've got to laugh at any patch notes that include a phrase like 'Reduced pantie coverage, smoothed rib cab and butt texture.'
Forgoing the typical body replacers meant to expose as much skin as possible, this one throws characters across the Commonwealth into outfits straight out of a Victoria's Secret commercial. For those wondering.. yes, there's a male version to be downloaded as well, if that's your thing.
Blue Lace Underwear
This one's basically the sexy lingerie mod.. but with as little surface area as possible. We're almost in Watch Dogs 2 upskirt territory here. This particular mod affects all female characters everywhere (with a hilarious note from the modder about skipping ghouls, for obvious reasons), which makes Fallout 4 a very different experience.
EVB Standard Underwear
Hitting up the Clothing or Texture folders on the Bethesda mods site will reveal a horde of body and underwear replacers/enhancers. Scroll through and have fun, because there's something for everyone.
You'll note that this one seems to have a bit more of a focus on the male, um, 'package,' and tints the female underwear to the point that you almost don't even notice they are wearing any.
Enhanced Vanilla Body With Immersive Underwear
Another body enhancer that changes up the under garments, this is the mod if you need your undies to be more post-apocalyptically themed. Someone was clearly reading a whole lot of Grognak the Barbarian before deciding to become a fashion designer! Grab a sword and run across the wasteland yelling about the lamentation of your enemy's women in your best Ahhhhnold accent!
Strapless Underwear
There's a lot you can get away with in reducing the coverage of underwear before actually being nude, and mods like this push that envelope about as far as they can go. Adding a few more inches of skin, these mods take out the straps from bras and undies, and also lower them to the nipple level.
Shirtless Outfits
Somewhat similar to the unzipped vault uniforms mod, this one takes existing outfits but just culls out the shirts, so you can run around showing off cleavage without having to get rid of the rest of your clothes.
There are actually several different mods for each kind of outfit, and some that will replace everyone's textures wearing that outfit across the whole Commonwealth, while others only change the Sole Survivor's outfit if you craft it yourself.
Armored Underwear
There's a conundrum with your average scantily clad or fully nude mod -- yeah, you get to see lots of mostly or fully naked people.. but you also leave yourself vulnerable in combat to getting ganked by raiders and super mutants.
That little issue is resolved with mods like Armored Underwear, which lets you craft your own damage-resistant undies in any of a variety of fun colors. Its like chainmail bikinis for the sci-fi crowd!
Busty EV Body Replacer
The equivalent of the 'sex appeal' slider from Saints Row IV, we cap off this list of NSFW Xbox One Fallout 4 mods with a body replacer that will increase female bust size till the buttons are practically popping off! It works with a quite a few other mods as well, so mix and match and see what crazy things happen.
So there you have it -- a handful of real Fallout 4 nude mods and a horde of skimpy outfits that skirt the line are all available for the console players!
What did you think of our picks, and did you get in on the real deal mods before they were deleted? There's even more sexy time to be had in the wasteland than what we listed here, though. If you can't get enough, be sure to also check out:

If you're looking to change your gameplay experience with the best Fallout 4 mods available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC then you've come to the right place, as we love a good mod. There are plenty of ways to customise the post-apocalyptic world to better suit your needs, so if you want to build improbably big settlements, have Dogmeat by your side along with a regular companion, or just make the wasteland look a bit less like.. waste, then these mods are the perfect excuse to delve back in to Fallout 4.
The best news is that as well as being available on PC, almost all of these Fallout 4 mods can also be added to the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game, meaning console players can get involved and are no longer excluded from the customisation party. There's good reasons why Fallout 4 is one of the best RPG games around, but let's make it even better. For Xbox One and PS4 we've provided links to the Bethesda mods website, and for PC you'll be sent to NexusMods. Happy modding!
SimpleSeasons
Despite the bursts of colour occasionally seen in Fallout 4, you can't deny that eventually you'll get fed up with the dreary yellows and browns of the wasteland. SimpleSeasons changes all that by turning the apocalyptic world into a feast for the eyes (but not the senses, which anyone with hayfever will be happy to hear). These four mods - you don't have to download them all if you don't want to, by the way - will either blanket the wasteland in snow, have lush greenery springing up, turn everything into a haze of oranges and yellows, or create verdant trees that are just beginning to turn yellow. Now if only there was a photo mode to capture all that beauty..
Everyone's Best Friend (Dogmeat + Companion At Same Time)
Dogmeat is a peculiar companion. There's no denying that He's A Very Good Boy, Yes He Is, but a number of companion perks don't affect to him: Live and Love doesn't apply to the doggo, and he doesn't disable Lone Wanderer perk benefits. This mod allows you to have Dogmeat and another companion simultaneously. Safety in numbers, right? Because you can't use external assets on the PS4, this mod isn't available for anyone with Sony's console. Bad Sony.
Stronger Dogmeat
Vanilla Fallout 4 has Dogmeat doing 1-2dps when he attacks the various nuisances corrupting the wasteland. As anyone with a fondness for the loyal companion will know, that doesn't really seem fair. In case you haven't guessed it yet, Stronger Dogmeat increases his damage to 58dps, making this canine deadly enough to send any raiders fleeing with their tails between their legs.
Any Mod Any Weapon
Forget the weapon crafting limitations of the base game, the Any Mod Any Weapon mod lets your imagination run wild when you're at the workbench. Ever want to shoot cannon balls out of a hand-held revolver, create an electrified mini gun, or shove a Deathclaw's claw onto a boxing glove? All possible with this mod.
OCDecorator
Finally, you can do what your mother always told you to and pick up after yourself. The OCDecorator mod enables you to place any object on any other object, so placing weapons and armor on shelves or office fans on desks is no longer a pain in the ass. Now you can have everything in your settlement neatly organized, locked in place, and perfectly displayed instead of having everything getting knocked over by NPCs and ending up in a pile on the floor.
Place Anywhere/Everywhere
Fallout 4's vanilla settlement editor isn't the best. Walls don't always line up, you get items and furniture that just can't be placed where you want, and you end up with some unsightly gaps in your decorative structures (and even worse, defenses). The Place Anywhere/Everywhere mod allows you to clip into other objects so you can fit everything together neatly. No more gaps, no more mess.
No Build Limit
Of course, even if you use the previous two mods to stack objects on top of each other and clip them into otherwise unobtainable places, you'll still eventually run up against the Build Limit for your settlement and have to curb your design plans. Unless you install this mod, that is, as it removes the Build Limit for all settlements - use with caution though, as those limits are there for a reason and you could slow down or crash your game if you go too far.
Fallout 4 Ps4 Mods How To InstallLegendary Modifications
If you're looking for your weapons to pack a bit more punch, you might want to check out the Legendary Modifications mod. This mod adds a new modification slot to your weapon and armor crafting options, allowing you to include one legendary weapon or armor attribute to your item in exchange for a significant amount of materials. You can choose from a list of every attribute available in the game, giving you everything you need to make an unstoppable wasteland explorer.
Craftable Ammo
The Craftable Ammo mod adds even more crafting to the expansive build-fest that is Fallout 4, but we have no problem with that. The mod includes a new crafting table called the Reloading Workbench, allowing you to take materials and fill your ammo stores with plenty of bullets and bombs. No need to wander the radioactive wilderness looting bodies and checking drawers for forgotten ammo. Just get crafting and make it all yourself.
Infinite ammo for your companion
The trouble with giving your companion a weapon other than their default choice is that they love to burn through your ammo. The Infinite ammo mod solves that problem. As long as your companion has one round of ammo for their respective weapon in their inventory, they can fire forever - except the Fat Man mini nuke launcher, because, well, that could create a disastrous situation.
Armorsmith Extended
If you're a bit of a fashionista in Fallout 4, you're going to want to download the Armorsmith Extended mod, which adds a new Armorsmith crafting table that allows you to make clothes and armor, lets you wear gas masks and bandanas under more hats, and lets you upgrade every piece of clothing and armor. Really, it just makes every piece of clothing and armor more valuable, which is definitely a good thing. Unfortunately it's not on PS4, but Unified Clothing Overhaul is a super replacement - you just have to make sure Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource is installed first.
Settlement Supplies Expanded
The standard Fallout 4 set of structures, furniture, and objects you can build and place into your settlement is pretty limited, but when you add Settlement Supplies Expanded, there is a much larger selection. With the mod installed, you'll find hundreds of new objects to add into your virtual home. The new items include everything from vault doors and barbed wire concrete walls to trees and even aircraft.
Full Dialogue Interface
When conversing with other characters in Fallout 4, sometimes your character can just say the darndest things. Using the default paraphrased dialogue options doesn't always clearly convey how your character will respond with that choice. With the Full Dialogue Interface mod, you take out all of that guesswork. The entire response is written out on the dialogue option, which might help your conversations go the way you intend them to. Because Sony don't let their modders use external assets (thanks, Sony), this mod isn't going to appear on PS4 for the foreseeable future. Damn.
Lowered Weapons
This is more of a personal preference, but it always bothers me when my character is always pointing his or her gun forward. Lowered Weapons makes your character's weapon handling a bit safer for those around them. Whenever the weapon isn't being aimed or fired, the firearm is lowered to a less aggressive position. It's all about gun safety, people. If you aren't careful, you'll put someone's eye out. As is the case with the Full Dialogue Interface, Lowered Weapons uses external assets so can't be ported to PS4. Yeah, I'm disappointed too.
Better Graphics And Weather
If you're fed up with seeing the same views as you explore the post-apocalyptic wasteland, then this mod can help you with a change of scenery. With subtle adjustments to the weather and lighting effects, your outlook on the world can be updated and refreshed.
